Response Time to Service Calls

 From the beginnings of Koffee King in 1976, we've known
how important response time is to a customer. 

Koffee King has six individuals in the service department that respond
to calls. Normal response times on weekdays are no longer than one hour.  We
provide 24 hour service 365 days a year that keeps area restaurants going on
 weekends and State Fair customers in business, even on Labor Day.
This is the kind of dedication to service that we operate in, day after day.

Koffee King also handles the service for national accounts like Cott Beverages
and the Perrier Group as well as local franchise holders, Onondaga Beverage and
Tri-County Beverage. If we can keep them in business with vending machines
from Utica to Buffalo, we can certainly handle our own in the Syracuse area.
Our service expertise is unparalleled.
 













Machines are made by, filled by and used by people. As such, they will
 certainly malfunction. Our machines will malfunction also. But I think we have the
 work ethic you are looking for. All things considered, any service problems
 you have at all will be rectified in short order.
